Damaged meter Check:
Voltage (90 to 264 VAC) across rear connector terminal 11 & 12. Return to Factory.
Problem: Incorrect Setpoint Common Cause:
Alarm not set correctly Check:
Alarm type, NO or NC & Hysteresis and setpoint setting.
Problem: Relay Output Inoperative Common Cause:
Incorrect connections
Contacts shorted or open due to electrical overload Check: Wiring Diagram Return to Factorys

With transmitter wires disconnected, resistance between the red or black lead and the shield should be more than 15 Meg ohms
